Alex Buran, CEO of Translation Services USA recently presented Translation Cloud technology for employees and investors at a conference in New York city. Translation Services USA has grown steadily since its inception almost 10 years ago, and this is just the latest step in its continued success.
On top of being one of the fastest growing professional translation companies in the industry, Translation Services USA has continued to forge new ground in translation technology as well. The most recent development, Translation Cloud, has been a success with users since the Beta version was launched earlier this year. Translation Cloud is a free and innovative application which integrates with a user’s Facebook account to allow everyone fluent in at least two languages to work from home as a translator. Since its release, there have been over 5,500 registered users and over 250 successfully completed projects for customers through Ackuna, Translation Cloud’s companion site developed in conjunction.
As Translation Cloud’s success continues to grow, Alex and his team are constantly working on revising the site and developing new ways to allow the Translation Cloud technology to run more effectively.
Recently, investor interest has begun to add a new dimension to Translation Cloud’s potential. To meet growing intrigue from industry insiders and investors alike, Alex showcased the technology last week, going into detail about Translation Cloud’s functionality and the changes that can be made to perfect it in the near future.
“We’ve just barely scratched the surface with what Translation Cloud can accomplish,” stated Alex Buran. “Technology is the future for every industry, including translation. Translation Cloud can revolutionize the way documents and texts are translated, to everyone’s benefit. Not just for customers and translation companies, but for individual translators as well.”
Alex went on to explain that, “We live in the digital age – the age of significant opportunities. We are trying to bring science into the domain of art. We are here to change the language translation industry once and forever.”
The conference ended with a round of questions from the potential investors, and a walk through of a completed project from start to finish through Translation Cloud.
